Decent stay. Some minor issues
equipped room super clean area faulty tv door sign
The room was well-equipped, i had everything i needed. it had a nice kitchenette hidden behind double doors and a great-sized bathroom with a large shower. towels were plentiful, i never ran out. room cleaners were on site daily. They kept the external areas perfect.
The tv didn't work, a shame. I had hoped to catch up on the news. there were no door signs to indicate if you wanted to rest. Staff knocked to see if they could clean. it was a minor inconvenience, but still annoying.

The modern rooms had a neatly tucked away kitchenette. the pool area was well kept. I got the evening sun on my balcony. breakfast included a delicious canarian option. The staff serving us each morning were friendly.

The café and bar serve lovely food, with excellent beverages also available. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff there. i recommend trying the canarian option for breakfast, it's AMAZING!!!

This location is close to the ocean front. a harbour is nearby. It's a beautiful place to walk along. i found good facilities within a short walk, including a spar and several restaurants.

The room had a kitchenette, cleverly hidden. there was a great sized bathroom with a large shower. towels were plentiful in the room. Housekeeping staff were on site daily.

The receptionist was cute and informative. mario at reception booked our excursions. He was great. the staff are all lovely. They can't help you enough. all were especially great!

The bar and pool include toilets. the toilets near the pool have showers. there is a safe in the room, but i believe you pay extra to use it. I didn't require it.

lovely stay!
super clean condition cute receptionist
i appreciated the super clean condition of the complex. The receptionist was very cute and carried my suitcase to my studio. i found the studio basic but well laid out with a nice kitchenette behind double doors. the bathroom was great with a large shower.
Check-in wasn't great. I didn't get information on the safety box. i also didn't get information on wifi and i wasn't informed about breakfast. building works started early too! it was out of the hotel's control though.

The manager kindly phoned us to tell us that they had found my partner's jacket. he took the time to look out for us. That was very nice. staff at reception were lovely and helpful, always calling taxis whenever asked.

A nice cafe and bar were available. I liked them. the pool cafe had great offerings too. several restaurants are within a two-minute walk of the apartments. i saw a spar supermarket also.

This area felt safe. That's always important. the hotel sits in a quiet area with mature clientele. shops, shopping centers, and the beach are within a two-kilometer walk. there are good facilities within two minutes walk.

The bed was comfortable. Good pillows too! the tv was large and had an excellent range of channels. towels were plentiful, which i liked. rooms were cleaned everyday, fantastic.

modern bathroom required facilities daily cleaning
The room offered everything I required for my short stay. A modern bathroom included all facilities. Rooms received daily cleaning, a service I found really good.
I had to ask for a hairdryer and iron. These items were provided, but I assumed they would be in the room.

The studio had everything we needed, and the sea view was fabulous. the cleaning staff came every day. i appreciated returning to a clean room each afternoon. all the hotel staff were lovely and helpful.
the kettle and toaster could not be plugged in by the sink, a poor design choice.

the studio included a well-equipped kitchenette, providing convenience for preparing light meals. a modern coffee maker was also available (i used it daily!). the balcony offered a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views.

the reception staff was consistently helpful. they arranged taxis quickly whenever we asked. the cleaning service was efficient and kept the studios immaculate throughout my stay. staff were always polite.

the hotel is a short taxi ride from the beach front where various shops and bars can be found. it's also a short walk to the harbour nearby. i found the location convenient for exploring the area.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues
The hotel was very clean and looked quite quiet, which I found acceptable.
I noted the absence of hooks for towels in the bathroom, an oversight I consider important. This disrupted the otherwise peace all around I expected.

The rooms were modern. I liked the layout.. each studio had great use of space. the bathroom was modern too. Daily room cleaning was fantastic.
My balcony was small. I noticed that balconies varied in size from each other.
